So, I haven't been here very much lately. That's going to continue to be the case for the next few weeks, I think.
Shout out to Family Fun magazine. Jessica Seinfeld had that book that gave recipes for fun foods that you hide vegatables in so that they're really healthy. Family Fun had the idea for Corn-On-The-Cob Cupcakes and I ran with it. Fun food that only LOOKS like it might be a vegetable.
