The Wallet

Tonite Palmer found Connor's nylon wallet.  He played with it for awhile putting play money in and out of it.  Suddenly, he brought it over to me and said "I'm done with Connor's money trap, Mommy."

He's got my heart in a trap, too.

Balls

Welcome to the official first post in the category "Things P Says"!

Today at daycare a raucous lunchtime was had by all the teachers because my baby boy was on a quest....a quest for meatballs.

Apparently, the menu changed (I'm sure they communicated this but I pay little attention to things that are not likely to cause immediate injury or death to my offspring.) and the new meatballs were...shall we say...a hit. A big hit. Palmer apparently ate all of his and then began vocalizing a "ba" sound. When this wasn't getting through, he finally completed the grunting word..BALLS. "BALLS! BALLS! BALLS!" He would not be denied. He stalked the table like a hungry big cat stalks the high grass. He was so angry and relentless that the teachers went to the other classrooms for leftovers to give him.

I can see them tossing him over the fence to the angry toddler, can't you?
